１０年ぶり（？）に静岡県に上陸しました！
今回は、静岡県浜松市。
I landed in Shizuoka Prefecture for the first time in 10 years!
This time, it’s in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
◆弁天島
弁天島とは
弁天島（べんてんじま）は、静岡県浜松市西区の浜名湖にある島。
以前の記事に記載しましたのでぜひご確認ください。
Bentenjima is an island located in Lake Hamana in Nishi-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

今回は、弁天島海浜公園をメインとした、JR弁天島駅の南側エリアを紹介します。
This time, we will introduce the area south of JR Bentenjima Station, mainly focusing on Bentenjima Seaside Park.
弁天島海浜公園 / Bentenjima Seaside Park
駅の南側は大きな旅館・ホテルが隣接しております。
夏は賑わいそうですね。
On the south side of the station, there are large inns and hotels adjacent to each other.
It looks like it will be bustling during the summer.

弁天島海浜公園はそのすぐ裏手にあり、駅から徒歩３分程度。
Bentenjima Seaside Park is located just behind those inns and hotels, and is about a 3-minute walk from the station.
浜名湖MAPは、アニメ「ゆるキャン」とのコラボ。
The Hamanako MAP is a collaboration with the anime “Yuru Camp / Laid-Back Camp”.
弁天島観光シンボルタワー「赤鳥居」
弁天島南の湖上に建ち、１８ｍの高さがあるそうです。
冬には、赤鳥居の真ん中に夕陽がおさまる様子が見え、映画のワンシーンのような絶景だそうですよ。
Bentenjima Tourist Symbol Tower “Aka-torii”
It stands on the lake in the south of Bentenjima and is about 18 meters tall.
In winter, you can see the sunset setting in the middle of the red torii gate, creating a stunning view like a scene from a movie.
南側にあるので、昼間に行くと完全に逆行になります。
とはいえ、その鮮やかさと、圧倒的な存在感。
心が平安になりますね。
Since it is located on the south side, it will be completely opposite if you go during the daytime.
However, its brilliance and overwhelming presence will calm your heart.
公園沿いは高級そうなホテルやマンション（？）があり、リゾート観が味わえます。
Along the park, there are luxurious-looking hotels and apartments(?), which gives a resort-like atmosphere.
夏場は、潮干狩り、海水浴の瀬渡し船が公園中央から発着しているそうです。
During the summer, clam digging and beach shuttle boats depart and arrive from the center of the park for swimming in the sea.
後方にみえる「浜名バイパス」は随分と高い国道ですね。
「浜名バイパス」は、静岡県浜松市西区から静岡県湖西市を結ぶ、全線4車線の国道1号バイパスであり、無料の自動車専用道路になっているそうです。
The “Hamanako Bypass” in the background is a considerably high national highway.
The “Hamanako Bypass” is a toll-free, four-lane National Route 1 bypass road that connects Nishi-ku, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, to Kosei City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
あらゆる角度から赤鳥居を堪能させて頂きました。
どの角度からみても絶景ですよね。
We enjoyed the red torii gate from every angle.
It is a stunning view from any angle, isn’t it?
弁天橋
北雁木：東海道舞坂宿の渡船場
弁天橋を東側に渡ると、東海道舞坂宿の渡船場の面影がところどころにみられます。
Kitaganegi: Maibara-juku Ferry Terminal on the Tokaido Road
If you cross the Benten Bridge to the east side, you can see remnants of the Maibara-juku Ferry Terminal on the Tokaido Road in various places.
北雁木とは、浜名湖今切渡しの舞坂宿側の渡船場で、石垣を築き、石畳を水際まで敷きつめている。
1657～61年にわたって構築。幅は10間(約18m)。
渡船場は利用する階層によって分かれ、北雁木は諸侯用、中(本)雁木は武家用、南雁木(渡荷場)は庶民や荷物の積みおろしに使用された。
現在、北雁木のみ残されている。

The Kitaganegi is a ferry landing on the Maisaka-juku side of Lake Hamana’s Imakiri crossing. It features a stone wall and stone paving that extends to the water’s edge.
It was built over a period of 4 years, from 1657 to 1661, and has a width of 10 ken (approximately 18 meters).
The ferry landing was divided into different sections for different classes of people, with the Kitaganegi being reserved for feudal lords, the Nakaganegi for samurai, and the Minamiganegi (ferry landing for cargo) for commoners and the loading and unloading of cargo.
Today, only the Kitaganegi remains.
